I have been working in tourism in Mazatlan for 7 years now. I statrted working with charter companies as the hostess on the buses from the airport to the hotels. I have work in the hotel as a customer service rep. and selling tours and activities. I have dealt with many different situation thoughout the years with great success. I have learn the customer service is the most important part of this job. And by listening to you and working with you I can provide the best service. Your time here in Mazatlan is very important to me so let's make this the best vacation ever. I will find the tours, activity or just providing information as needed. It is never a problem to answer even the simplist question. I only use companies that stand behind their service weather it be a private tour *groups of 6 or more*, fishing, ATVs or any of the many others available in Mazatlan. I have gone to some of the other vacation spots in Mexico and I believe that Mazatlan is the friendist and best place to spend time. I am here to work for you! So lets get started. |
